Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in coordinating project execution.
• Manage documentation, cost controls, and schedule performance.
• Manage and process change proposals, change orders, and owner payment applications.
• Track job costs, prepare quantity and labor cost reports, and support quarterly profit analysis.
• Coordinate and lead the project closeout process, ensuring all documentation and deliverables are completed accurately.
• Research and propose quality control solutions.
• Maintain clear communication between the field, clients, and project management to ensure budget, quality, and safety objectives are met.
