Job summary

Barton & Loguidice, D.P.C. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for our transportation practice in the Binghamton office. The role involves design and detailing of bridge components, preparation of design reports, plans, specifications, estimates and load ratings on bridge design and inspection projects.

Required is a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 8 years in transportation engineering, NY PE registration or eligibility, and strong writing/ communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in transportation engineering.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in NY (or eligible) is desired.
• Strong writing and communication skills; experience in proposals.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated candidate for a Senior Project Engineer position within our transportation practice area in our Binghamton office.

Technical capabilities include:

• Design and detailing of bridge components.
• Preparation of bridge design reports.
• Preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates.
• Completion of load ratings on a variety of design and inspection projects.
• Completion of in-depth inspections.
