Job summary

A leading engineering services provider in Los Angeles is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer for design-build projects. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering, strong experience in traffic-related projects, and capabilities in traffic control design. Responsibilities include overseeing design activities, managing projects, and coordinating with clients. Excellent communication and AutoCAD skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of technical experience on roadway/highway projects.
• PE and/or TE License is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of LADOT design criteria and standards.
• Demonstrated leadership of design teams with at least 2 staff engineers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct senior-level design activities for complex traffic engineering projects.
• Communicate directly with Project Managers and handle supervisory responsibilities.
• Coordinate with clients and oversee design work produced by junior staff.
