Hargrove is seeking a senior engineering professional to provide technical leadership on major projects in Greenville, SC. You will support the Project Manager in managing cost, schedule, and client satisfaction while guiding the engineering team under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership of a project and support the PM in managing cost, schedule and client satisfaction.
• Inform PM of technical issues, decisions and problems encountered on project.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues and with PM team on execution issues.
• Lead multi-discipline deliverables and ensure timely completion of drawings and documents.
• Develop and ensure adherence to engineering procedures and project controls tools.
• Mentor and coach team members; communicate expectations clearly and manage scope changes.
