Rehlko seeks a Senior Project Engineer, Sustaining Product Development (SPD) in Sheboygan, WI. The role blends controller electronics with sensors and accessories, coordinating with hardware, harness, and systems teams to meet performance specs.

You will lead design and testing for new configurations, build harness solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting sustaining product development. Hybrid work and relocation support are offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• 2+ years in power systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of Creo, AutoCAD, SEE Electrical, NEC standards is a plus.
• SAP or Windchill experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Communicate with internal engineering groups, hardware and harness teams, systems team, mechanical engineering, external suppliers, customers and manufacturing.
• Articulate technical details to team members and suppliers and ensure performance criteria are met.
• Lead testing and verification of harness and controller configurations.
• Develop and maintain harness design procedures and standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Organize and maintain a database of sensors, gauges and accessories tested for each assembly.
• Drive project plans, schedules and milestones with cross-functional teams.
