Apex Structural Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer III to lead advanced structural analysis, design, and documentation across complex projects.

You will work under Project Executives and Managers, applying codes and standards and coordinating with architects, MEP and BIM teams. This remote, full-time role offers opportunities to mentor junior engineers, contribute to Engineering Advisory Groups, and help push the firm’s Accelerated Project Delivery approach through integrated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering is required.
• PE certification is required or preferred.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced structural analysis and design of complex components and systems.
• Develop and review 3D gravity and lateral models and determine modeling assumptions and loading conditions.
• Coordinate with architects and other disciplines to resolve coordination issues and ensure design intent.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and construction-phase documentation for complex engineering issues.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and participate in technical advisory groups.
