Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or six years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Process knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Experience with engineering product development processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Strong leadership, influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skills, with applicable experience.
• Self-starter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document new standards and best methods for product development and essential business workflows.
• Lead software development within CAD with a focus on improving engineering efficiency and quality.
• Work cross-functionally to align with stakeholders on requirements and functionality.
• Develop and maintain training for the engineering community on a variety of topics to foster knowledge sharing.
• Present project plans to senior management, gain buy-in and deliver results.
