Qualifications

• Experience with Fine and Specialty Chemicals manufacturing.
• Practical, efficient approach with strong technical knowledge.
• Experience with High Hazards and safety/environmental management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a 3–5-year Capex roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Apply value engineering to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Establish and manage framework agreements with engineering service providers.
• Implement governance and ensure OSHA and corporate standards compliance.
• Provide dashboards and reports on cost, schedule and quality.
