Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Newington, NH is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead manufacturing projects from contract award through final delivery. You will report to the Engineering Manager and be located at Newington, NH.

This role is 100% onsite. Key responsibilities include interpreting PO’s and drawings, developing production schedules, and collaborating with operations on fixture design and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with welding, machining, and NDT.
• Proficiency in CAD software and interpreting drawings with GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Interpret orders, specs and drawings to define manufacturing processes.
• Create and issue material requisitions for raw materials and services.
• Develop manufacturing flow charts and support production scheduling.
• Prepare shop travelers for fabrication, machining and inspection.
• Collaborate with operations on fixture design and process optimization.
• Lead pre-job briefings for critical tasks.
• Investigate non-conformances with teams and customers.
• Provide on-the-floor technical support to resolve issues.
