Job summary

rand* construction is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Engineer to join our Atlanta, GA team. The SPE will coordinate projects, train and lead Project Engineers, and collaborate with PMs and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.

The role highlights scheduling, RFIs, submittals, COIs, and subcontract management while maintaining safety standards and strong client relationships at the core of daily activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination and management.
• Ability to train and lead Project Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage project aspects as determined by PM/SPM.
• Coordinate with superintendents and trades onsite.
• Develop basic project schedules and manage RFIs/submittals.
