Martin/Martin is seeking a senior-level engineer to join our rapidly growing Investigative Engineering Group in our Larkspur office. Our team specializes in developing and managing engineering services for the renovation, restoration, retrofit, and repair of existing structures. We support a broad range of projects including structural repairs, façade and access systems, building envelope assessments, non‑destructive testing, and expert witness work.
Martin/Martin has been based in Denver for more than 81 years. In this position, you will play a key role in our national expansion across the California region, helping establish and strengthen our presence in an emerging market with both new and existing clients.
This role will also manage multiple small to medium-size projects, which may include investigation, evaluation, repair design for existing buildings and new designs. The ideal candidate will have a mix of client management experience and prior experience managing junior staff. An interest in active professional involvement with structural engineering and forensic engineering committees is highly desirable.

This position is primarily technical in nature and requires working inside and outside the office to complete a wide range of activities. The following abilities are required:
The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
Base salary review and increases, in addition to annual bonuses, are dependent on various factors, including a hired individual’s job-level and annual company performance.
Martin/Martin provides ongoing internal continuing education, training, and mentorship, reimbursement for costs associated with obtaining and renewing PE/SE licenses, and direct support for active participation in professional organizations.
