Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years in related engineering field or MIRATECH experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and SolidWorks CAD.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries about product specs and integration capabilities.
- Educate sales staff and customers on technical solutions.
- Ensure proposed solutions meet quality and performance standards.
- Lead proposals, quotes, and technical documentation.
- Support sales strategy discussions with advanced technical insights.
- Assist operations and project managers on complex projects.
- Lead cost estimating and consult on product design with teams.
- Provide installation oversight and field troubleshooting.
- Develop tools to transition matured products to other teams and standardize practices.
- Drive process improvements and mentor junior engineers.
