Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Project Engineer experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience in earthwork, grading, concrete structures, foundations, underground utilities.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project engineers, field engineers, and interns.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Support cost control, forecasting, and budget updates for projects.
• Ensure compliance with plans, permits, safety, and quality expectations.
