Job summary

IS International Services in the United States is seeking a GT Senior Project Engineer to lead the engineering and design team and ensure successful technical project execution.

Responsibilities include interfacing with clients, EPC partners, and internal teams, managing schedules and budgets, and guiding design deliverables across mechanical, electrical, and I&C domains for gas turbine and power projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; Master's preferred.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
• 10–20 years of directly related technical experience in engineering or power project execution.
• Experience with SP3D and other 3D design tools such as SmartPlant or PDMS.
• ISO procedures and OSHA safety requirements knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for EPC partners, Owner's Engineers, and Customers.
• Lead planning, setup, and monitoring of project engineering systems and inter-disciplinary workflows.
• Coordinate engineering activities and resolve cross-disciplinary issues.
• Translate contract requirements into actionable engineering deliverables for discipline teams.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and estimates through project completion and reviews.
• Track design changes, ECNs, and contract deviations and assess impacts.
• Coordinate with international affiliates to support engineering execution and project delivery.
• Review project documents and drawings for contractual and technical compliance.
