The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer to serve as Lead Systems Engineer for the GeoXO Spacecraft, supporting NASA GSFC programs. The role involves cross-domain collaboration, systems engineering, and program management across flight and ground segments.
Required: 12+ years in spacecraft/instrument systems engineering or related PM roles; Bachelor’s in engineering/science; ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate instrument integration.

The Operational Missions (OM) team, part of CSG’s NASA Programs Division (NPD), provides program management and systems engineering support to both NASA-centric and joint agency programs at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). This support spans all program phases, from concept through design, development, deployment, and operations, all program sizes, from small exploratory projects through large flagship programs, and both flight and ground systems. NPD is looking for a Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer (Senior Project Engineer- Enterprise Systems Engineering) to solve our customers’ hard problems that cross organizational and/or technical boundaries. The selected candidate(s) will serve as the Lead Systems Engineer for the GeoXO Spacecraft, directly supporting the Observatory Manager.
This is a full-time position based at Goddard Spaceflight Center, Greenbelt, MD. with an expectation of at least 4 days onsite per week.
