Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading a team or projects
• Experience with MS Office tool suite
• 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from kick-off to completion
• Lead, plan, identify and coordinate multiple skilled resources required over the life of the project
• Break statement of work down into executable tasks
• Compare actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiency, productivity, lessons learned and performance metrics
• Interpret, analyze and organize complex technical problems across multiple disciplines and levels of management
• Identify and capture changes to statement of work
• Identify corrective actions to improve project or team performance
• Exhibit excellent technical, written and verbal communication skills
• Provide technical coordination with internal and external suppliers and customers
