If you’re a strategic thinker, detail ninja, and natural collaborator who thrives in fast-paced environments—this is the opportunity to elevate your career and make a tangible impact on the built world.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Own and manage key components of projects—documentation, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Dive into complex drawings and specs to anticipate and solve problems before they slow us down.
  • Serve as a vital point of contact between clients, design teams, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure smooth execution from preconstruction through punch lists.
  • Make regular job site visits to support safety, quality assurance, and logistics.
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements that raise the bar for excellence.
What You Bring:
  • Experience: 3+ years in construction (commercial, industrial, or TI preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture—or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Technical Skills: Confident with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project; strong understanding of construction sequencing, cost control, and safety protocols.
  • Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong communicator, problem-solver, and collaborator. Detail-driven but always seeing the big picture.
Why Dome Construction?

  • Flexibility: From job sites to offices across California, you’ll have the autonomy and tools you need to do your best work.
