Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking a Senior Advisor, Project Development in Houston, TX to provide senior-level project management across planning, procurement, construction, and start-up stages.

You will shape outcomes, manage complex initiatives up to $4B, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive safe, on-schedule delivery. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in gas/liquids pipeline project management, with strong leadership and communication skills and proficiency in industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related training/experience in engineering, business, construction, or PM.
• 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in engineering build and project management for gas/liquids transportation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities; ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex, multi-scale projects through planning, risk assessment, and sanction.
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost through Gates 1 and 2 for Gas Transmission Midstream projects.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Planning, SMEs, and asset teams to drive delivery.
