Job summary

Cline is seeking a Senior Project Designer for our Charlotte, NC office. The ideal candidate will lead design efforts for multi-family projects, mentor design staff, and collaborate with the project team to maintain design integrity from DD through CA phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating aptitude.
• Experience with multi-family and mixed-use projects preferred.
• Professional licensure preferred; proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software.

Responsibilities

• Play a strategic role in advancing the quality of design in the firm.
• Oversee/mentor Project Designers and staff interested in design.
• Prepare presentation materials and participate in design presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with the in-house project team to develop the design across DD, CD, and CA phases.
• Coordinate project designs and maintain design integrity.
• Understand and apply current building and zoning codes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
