Flr Federal Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Project Control activities. The successful candidate will coordinate the overall Project Controls effort for medium-sized projects and act as Control Team Leader, ensuring timely analysis of performance metrics.
Responsibilities include developing and directing the Projects Controls program and managing project schedules. The role requires an accredited degree, extensive experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

This position is responsible for performing Project Control activities and/or supervising the overall Project Controls effort for a project. This role serves as Control Team Leader on medium-sized projects or as a Subject Manager Expert (SME) for the entire Project Controls Team in the Regional Office. This role may serve as lead cost, lead planner/scheduler, lead progress, or lead change management on large-sized projects.

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
