Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, or project management.
• Experience managing large EPC, infrastructure, energy, industrial, or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, change management, and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project controls activities for major projects or programs.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules.
• Oversee cost management processes, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, and cost.
• Prepare executive dashboards and project performance analyses.
