Job summary

Carollo Engineers, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Services Lead to support major water-related projects in the Pacific Northwest. You will mentor staff, monitor budgets, and coordinate communications with clients and contractors.

The role requires 5–10 years of related experience, strong Excel and financial acumen, and excellent organizational skills to manage complex projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Moderate knowledge of Excel, including data manipulation and spreadsheet design.
• Understanding of project financials and accounting basics.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively and manage deadlines.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand Project Services support in the PNW region.
• Mentor other project services staff.
• Assist Project Managers with tracking project budgets and deliverables.
• Track project financial health and assist with corrective actions.
• Coordinate client and contractor communications including budget and amendments.
• Prepare monthly client invoices and monitor accounts receivable.
