Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support construction programs across the U.S. You will develop schedule and cost baselines, analyze variances, and support risk and forecasting efforts within a collaborative team.

You’ll prepare earned value reports, monitor project performance, and help manage budgets for large, complex projects while ensuring compliance with procedures and safety standards. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of project management, cost control, and scheduling.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) is preferred.

• Maintain integrated critical path schedules for major projects.
