Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support services projects across various locations in the U.S. You will develop schedule and cost baselines, analyze variances, and assist in root cause analysis while ensuring risk reserves are integrated into forecasts.

You will collaborate with project teams and management, implement financial controls, and produce client and internal reports. Travel up to 40% and experience with EVMS, Primavera P6, and EcoSys is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains integrated critical path schedules for major projects.
• Evaluates and analyzes cost data, forecasts, and performance variances.
• Provides technical guidance and mentors junior staff.
