Job summary

PerkinElmer in Upper Providence, PA seeks a Project Controls Engineer III / Lead Engineer to manage detailed project schedules, cost tracking, and performance reporting across biomanufacturing projects. You will develop dashboards, risk analyses, and change impact assessments, collaborate with clients, vendors, and site teams, and mentor junior engineers while traveling as needed.

A Bachelor's (or Masters) in technical sciences or engineering plus 2–7 years of project controls experience is

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (and/or Masters) in technical sciences, engineering, regulatory or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
2–7 years of experience in project controls or related field.
Advanced experience with Excel, MS Project, Primavera P6 and Smartsheet.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain project schedules, cost models, and performance reports.
Prepare and issue weekly, monthly, and ad hoc project controls reports.
Create dashboards and management summaries to support decision-making.
Interface with project management, clients, vendors, and site personnel to ensure alignment.
Lead key project controls deliverables including milestone plans, risk/variance analyses, and change impact assessments.
