Job summary

Yearout Mechanical in New Mexico and Texas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction projects from start to finish. You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and safety compliance while collaborating with clients and vendors.

This hands-on role combines field and office work, requiring strong leadership and up-to-date knowledge of mechanical systems and construction documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Construction Project Management with 5+ years in commercial construction.
• Proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and field operations.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction documentation.
• Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and project management software.
• OSHA 10 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project phases to meet deadlines and maximize productivity.
• Manage project budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment costs from initiation through completion.
• Prepare cost tracking reports, payment billings, schedules, and change orders.
• Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure standards across projects.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety codes and environmental regulations.
• Oversee BIM activities with the BIM Coordinator to ensure detailing and coordination.
• Oversee warranty period activities to ensure client satisfaction.
