Akima Mission Optimization (AMO) is seeking a Project Control Analyst IV to provide project controls support for multiple mid-size projects. The role is hybrid with occasional travel to Herndon or Suffolk, VA, and requires the ability to obtain a secret clearance.

You will assist project managers in budgeting, forecasting, A/R/A/P, and reporting, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and invoicing. This position supports CPFF, FFP, LH, and LOE contracts and emphasizes timely, accurate financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business required.
• MS Excel proficiency with advanced functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF) and pivot tables.
• Experience with Federal Government contract types (Cost Plus, T&M, FFP).
• Solid understanding of EACs, ETCs, unbilled analysis, and project financial concepts.

Responsabilités

• Assist PMs and leads with financial, performance, planning, tracking and reporting duties.
• Set up projects in Deltek Costpoint; manage PSF details such as funding, labor, and billing.
• Develop budgets, monitor actuals, forecasts and variances; track burn rate and funding.
• Manage A/R/A/P processes, subcontract and vendor payments, and invoicing cycles.
