Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/engineering technology or business administration with emphasis in project management.
• DOE Environmental Management Operations experience of 10+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management methodology and DOE 413.3B requirements; ability to read MIL-Specs and technical data packages.

Responsibilities

• Manage DOE Environment Management Project Management database for assigned DOE-SR Mission Program.
• Analyze and update cost and resource loaded program/project schedules to determine progress and deliverables within budget.
• Manage Mission Program execution management system to identify issues and propose resolutions and improvements.
• Reconcile and coordinate project cost data to track scope trends and estimate costs by contract terms in status reports.
• Analyze contractor performance and financial risk to maintain cost control database.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports to support program status and forecasting.
