Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited Architectural program.
• Licensed Architect or on track for attaining a license in the US.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Architectural Design.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology and trends.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the overall design intent is incorporated into documentation.
• Monitors design process through construction.
• Develops architectural specifications.
• Leads architectural discipline strategy for document production.
