Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Lead an architectural team and oversee multiple projects from concept through construction.
Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, workloads, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain momentum.
Review and mark up drawings, ensure compliance with codes and standards.
Provide architectural and technical oversight throughout all design phases; contribute to production when needed.
Mentor and develop team members, delegating tasks and tracking progress.
