Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in architecture is required.
• Experience in multifamily residential projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing documentation and production of contract documents.
• Prepare coordinated design drawing set within project budget and schedule.
• Assist Project Manager in developing Project Plan.
• Keep staff informed on project information and changes.
• Coordinate with governmental authorities to ensure compliance with codes.
