Job summary

TVS Based in Atlanta, GA, seeks a seasoned Project Architect/Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead design and construction documents across multiple projects. You will manage scopes, schedules, and client relations, while guiding teams through schematic design to construction administration.

The role requires strong proficiency in Revit and related visualization tools, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Professional architecture degree from a NAAB-accredited school.
• 10+ years of professional architecture experience.
• Strong design and visual representation abilities in multiple platforms.
• Proficient in Revit; knowledge of Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD desirable.
• Knowledge of project management, drawings from schematic through construction documents.
• Experience across all project phases and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor others; LEED or NCARB a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts based on criteria and feedback.
• Collaborate with team to determine best approach.
• Manage high-level tasks for multiple projects.
• Produce production documents in design development and construction docs.
• Improve technical skills in software like Revit, Rhino, Enscape, SketchUp, AutoCAD.
• Act as project manager for small/medium projects and teams.
• Develop client relationships and communicate with clients and consultants.
• Participate in professional development and firm initiatives.
• Build industry connections and mentor team members.
• Additional duties as assigned.
