Qualifications

• 10+ years of architectural experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of codes, construction systems, and building standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project design and documentation through all phases.
• Develop drawings, renderings, sections, elevations, and 3D models using BIM.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Manage quality control, schedules, budgets, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
