Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited program (Masters preferred).
  • 10+ years of work experience in architectural design and planning in core markets.
  • Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience.
  • Experience developing new clients and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficient use of Revit; Enscape, Lumion, Bluebeam and MS Office preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and strong organization/leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Understand design process and project complexities to contribute to team success.
  • Coordinate documentation development and deliverable drawings/specifications.
  • Lead project coordination among internal/external disciplines and with clients.
  • Administer project regulatory reviews and construction contract administration.
  • Mentor junior staff and support project marketing and interviews.
  • Maintain awareness of building technology and engineering systems relevant to projects.
