Job summary

HKS is seeking a licensed Architect with strong design and technical abilities to manage the production of implementation documents and lead project teams. The role emphasizes delivery of QA/QC compliant documents, coordination across consultants, and active client engagement.

You will work with PMs and clients to incorporate building systems, respond to RFIs, and guide projects through design development to construction documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture.
• Architectural registration required.
• Typically 8+ years of experience in architecture.
• Advanced skills in Revit, Bluebeam and Navisworks.
• Intermediate skills in Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, Twinmotion, Enscape or other visualization tools.
• Intermediate experience with Illustrator and InDesign; basic Photoshop experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads consultants and technical team efforts to facilitate effective execution of project design and the delivery of implementation documents.
• Manages production schedule with PIC/PM, defining and meeting deadlines.
• Prepares, reviews and coordinates implementation documents for QA/QC and HKS standards.
• Coordinates design group interaction and leads consultant team work sessions.
• Maintains client communication and provides project guidance.
• Coordinates with PMs, clients, agencies, consultants and contractors to incorporate systems and obtain approvals.
