Job summary

You will lead client contact, budgeting, scheduling and design efforts, mentor Project Architects and designers, monitor risk, and ensure code compliance with guidance from Studio Director or Practice Leader.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or Certified Interior Designer with 10+ years' experience in the Architecture Industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• Knowledgeable in the use of Revit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, lead and mentor project teams through the entire project process.
• Understand and negotiate client contracts and consultant fees/services.
• Estimate and maintain project budgets and work plans; maintain strong client communications.
