Job summary

Integra Design Group in San Juan seeks a Senior Architect to lead design development from concept through project completion. You will coordinate trades, ensure quality deliverables, and provide cost-effective, sustainable solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, NCARB, CAAPPR, proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit, and fluency in English and Spanish to collaborate with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Spanish
• Knowledgeable of sustainability concepts, construction procedures, zoning, landmarks, and building codes
• Minimum of 10 years overall experience, with at least 3–5 years as a senior architect leading projects
• Registered architect, NCARB record, and member of the CAAPPR
• Expertise in AutoCAD or Revit required
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Project, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3-D rendering, and digital modeling

Job description

This position requires a highly motivated self-driven individual with a positive attitude, quality, and time oriented with strong organizational skills. The position will work closely with senior staff, consultants and clients requiring strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

The senior architect will be responsible for design development and will lead projects from concept design through a successful project completion. The senior architect must be capable of coordinating all project related trades for quality of deliverables and to obtain most cost effective and sustainable solutions for clients and the project.
