Job summary

CVM is seeking a Senior Project Architect with ten or more years of licensed experience, including preservation work, to investigate and design building envelope solutions for major institutional, commercial, non-profit, and industrial projects.

The role focuses on renovating existing buildings and repairing or restoring structures, with an emphasis on clear communication, analytical thinking, and proficiency in graphics and documentation tools such as Revit, Rhino, Bluebeam, and InDesign/Adobe

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree required; ten or more years of experience as a licensed architect.
• Experience with preservation projects preferred and strong ability to design building envelope solutions.
• Proficiency in design and documentation using Revit, Rhino, Bluebeam, InDesign/Adobe Suite is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and design building envelope solutions for major institutions, commercial, non-profit, and industrial buildings.

CVM is looking for creative, ten or more years' experience and licensed architect with preservation experience to investigate and design building envelope solutions for major institutional, commercial, non-profit, and industrial buildings. At CVM, you will be engaged in the renovation of existing buildings, and the repair and restoration of existing structures for the nation's premier institutional, non-profit, and commercial clients.
