Qualifications

Four-year college degree in a business-related field or construction management.

Experience with budgeting and financial analysis; knowledge of SOPs and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of project managers and oversee capital project delivery.
Develop and improve project management standards, SOPs, governance processes and templates.
Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards for senior leadership and decision-making.
Oversee project financial management: budgets, forecasts, cash flow, funding, and change orders.
Support procurement, construction, occupancy, and closeout activities.
