Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Programs Manager to oversee the customer experience and shape strategic direction for customer account growth. The role requires coordinating growth initiatives, ensuring contractual obligations, and leading capital deployment across key clients.

The candidate will manage cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and monitor KPIs to ensure profitability and service excellence for a global leader in supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience
• Proven logistics industry/supply chain management knowledge and experience
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced degree in a related field
• Six Sigma, Kaizen or process improvement certifications

Responsibilities

• Lead development of growth strategies for key accounts
• Drive new account growth through solutions development
• Ensure contractual compliance and customer obligations are met
• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities
• Manage accounts receivable collections, working capital and DSO
• Ensure KPI attainment and continuous improvement across client engagements
• Promote Lean culture and diverse, collaborative teams
• Establish goals, plans and metrics and track progress
