Job summary

Stark Tech in Orlando, FL is seeking a seasoned software and graphics developer focused on building automation systems. You will test and implement new software features, follow coding standards, and collaborate with field personnel during programming and deployment.

You will integrate systems using BACnet, Lon, and Modbus protocols while mentoring junior programmers to elevate the team’s expertise and deliver high-quality, reliable automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years related field experience, including 3+ years programming building automation systems.
• Proficiency in multiple variants of BMS software and scripting styles.
• Strong understanding of mechanical equipment operation and HVAC/construction industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Work Experience

• Bachelors Degree.
• 7 or more years of related field work experience, including 3 or more years directly programming building automation systems.
• Proficiency in multiple variants of BMS software as well as multiple styles. I.e., function block, and script.
• A good understanding of how the mechanical equipment the programs and graphics are for, operate alone, and in concert with the larger scale mechanical systems.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of HVAC/construction industry is essential.
• Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
