Rheem Manufacturing Company seeks a Sr. Manager, Program/Project Management to lead strategic programs and coach a team of program managers across Rheem North America, including Roswell, GA, Indianapolis, IN, and Fort Smith, AR.

The role follows a hybrid work arrangement with in-office Monday–Thursday and remote Fridays. You will drive multi-year roadmaps, align with Product Management, mentor talent, monitor KPIs, and ensure launches meet timing, cost, and quality targets while driving

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product development, program, or project management.
• 3+ years of experience leading or influencing teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong knowledge of product development stage-gate processes (design, pricing, manufacturing, sourcing).
• Proven ability to drive execution, manage schedules, and deliver against cost, quality, and timing targets.
• Experience translating product strategies into actionable program plans.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including cost tracking and ROI evaluation.
• Experience working within matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution of program management strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market needs.
• Champion and drive programs through the Navigator process to manufacturing acceptance and full production.
• Manage and mentor a team of program managers, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and engagement initiatives within the team.
• Own and execute multi-year product roadmaps across assigned categories, ensuring alignment to business priorities.
• Partner with Product Management to translate product strategies into executable program plans.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and functional leaders to align investments with business and financial objectives.
• Lead cross-functional program teams to deliver results that meet customer, business, and manufacturing requirements.
• Drive program performance by tracking KPIs, proactively identifying risks, and implementing mitigation plans.
• Provide clear, concise updates to leadership and facilitate structured post-launch reviews to drive continuous improvement.
