Job summary

DonorConnect is seeking a Senior Program Supervisor to provide comprehensive support to the senior leadership team and to assist with managing the Business Operations Coordinators and Administrative Assistants. The role combines tactical support and strategic oversight to help advance the organization's mission while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

The position requires a 36-hour work week with onsite presence in Murray, UT, and a commitment to DonorConnect's I CARE+ values

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Administrative support skills and computer training required.
  • Medical terminology or prior medical environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to senior leadership and assist with supervision of Admin team.
  • Ensure adequate coverage for programs and the DonorConnect office; foster collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information, discussions, and decisions.

Job description

Senior Program Supervisor

DonorConnect is looking for a full-time Senior Program Supervisor. The Senior Program Supervisor (SPS) plays a critical and multifaceted role in providing comprehensive support to members of DonorConnect's senior leadership team as well as assisting with the management and performance of the Business Operations Coordinators and Administrative Assistants. This position encompasses both tactical and strategic responsibilities, allowing the SPS to actively contribute to the organization's mission and overall success. As a proactive support specialist and leader, the SPS operates at a high level of efficiency and professionalism while maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information, discussions, and decisions made by senior leaders. This individual possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills, enabling them to facilitate smooth operations, provide adequate coverage for programs and the DonorConnect office, and foster effective collaboration among key stakeholders. Their ability to anticipate needs, think critically, develop and mentor direct reports, and adapt to dynamic situations makes them an invaluable asset to the senior leadership, the Administrative team, and DonorConnect.

This position is a 36 hour work week and onsite presence is required in Murray, UT.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Training/Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Administrative support skills and computer training required
  • Medical terminology or previous experience in a medical environment preferred
Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in the supervision of employees preferred
  • Minimum of 3 or more years of administrative support experience
  • Excellent technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Positive and fair leader with a growth mindset
  • Capable of prioritizing business needs and making trade-offs across all stakeholders accordingly
  • Highly reliable, trustworthy, and conducts role responsibilities with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

  • Must be able to move up to 10 pounds at times with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to reason logically and make sound decisions, to consider alternative and diverse perspectives, to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
