Job summary

Harris Geospatial Solutions is seeking a Senior Specialist, Program Scheduler who will support Tier One Programs by developing integrated program schedules and managing project performance.

The role involves analysis and reporting activities, customer deliverables, and integrating inputs across functional teams. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required for this position, which emphasizes critical thinking and a detail-oriented approach to project scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Ability to develop and present project-level reports.
• Experience in an Earned Value Management environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze Integrated Master Schedules.
• Track schedule performance and support resolution of schedule issues.
• Support EVMS activities through schedule statusing.

Skills

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Strong knowledge of supporting DoD programs

Proficiency with Microsoft Project

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, STEM, or related field
