Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Project Quality Manager Lead - PRS System (PQM) to lead quality strategy across propulsion system programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project/program management within automotive quality roles.
• Strong knowledge of program management disciplines including timing, risk, and milestones.
• Proficiency in quality tools, methodologies, and handling customer claims.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Quality lead within the Program Management structure, ensuring quality deliverables align with program timing, cost, and scope objectives.
• Drive program governance for quality, including milestone readiness, risk reviews, and escalation management.
• Lead cross-functional program reviews to define, track, and resolve quality risks, issues, and actions.
• Develop and maintain integrated program quality plans aligned with master schedules and key deliverables.
• Ensure risk identification, mitigation planning, and execution tracking across the lifecycle.
