Job summary

American International Group (AIG) invites you to join as a Senior Program Manager responsible for the underwriting, marketing and portfolio management of assigned programs. You will develop business plans, negotiate terms, and coordinate Stewardship meetings while driving profitability and risk controls.

You will work closely with underwriting leadership, actuarial, claims and operations to optimize performance across markets, ensuring alignment with product forms and authority levels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial underwriting experience in multi-line package portfolios.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with ISO, admitted and non-admitted product execution.
• Proficiency with AIG rating/issuance platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and negotiate business plans for assigned programs.
• Participate in underwriting quality reviews and file reviews as needed.
• Coordinate and chair Stewardship meetings for assigned programs.
• Identify and market new products to round out existing portfolios.
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Accounting, Claims, Operations and Underwriting as necessary.
• Oversee implementation of new business programs and coordinate with IT.
