Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish—planning requirements, managing schedules, identifying risks, and communicating with cross-functional partners across the company. The AI and Infrastructure team delivers AI capabilities and infrastructure at unparalleled scale, empowering Googlers, Cloud customers, and billions of users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, business operations, product strategy, management consulting, or corporate development within high-tech or infrastructure.
• Experience driving strategy, operations, and multi-year roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Leadership to oversee Global Network Technology (GNT) strategic operations, metrics, and overall business cadence.
• Lead strategic and annual planning by prioritizing core initiatives, headcount, financial plans, and OKRs.
• Align leadership on cadence for talent reviews, business reviews, Townhalls, and cross-organizational roadmap sessions.
• Evaluate and improve business processes while proposing innovative, forward-looking operational solutions and tools.
• Leverage data-driven insights to make strategy recommendations and drive execution of critical action items.
