Job summary

You will manage multiple initiatives across divisions, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget while engaging senior leadership and external partners to drive success.

You will mentor project managers, promote professional development, and drive innovation to improve quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration, healthcare, or related field.
• Nine (9) years of relevant experience with progressively increasing responsibility, at least six (6) years in program management or similar roles.
• PM certification (PgMP, PMP, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee highly complex, high-impact programs spanning multiple departments and external partners.
• Lead strategic decision-making with accountability for outcomes and resources.
• Engage with executive leadership and external partners to drive program success and collaboration.
• Plan, roll out, evaluate, and operate large-scale programs within scope and budget.
• Drive quality improvement and innovation aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintain comprehensive program documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Mentor and develop project managers and team members to promote excellence.
