Job description

Job ID: 10539219 | Amazon.com Services LLC

The R2L Delivery organization is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional programs that will shape the future of our last-mile delivery network. This role owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of high-impact operations and technology programs across the R2L business, serving as a key partner to senior leadership in defining where we go next.

The Sr. Program Manager will define program strategy, build mechanisms that drive operational excellence, and influence decisions across multiple organizations. They will operate with high autonomy, navigating significant ambiguity to identify the highest-leverage opportunities and driving alignment across Director and VP stakeholders.

The role requires scoping and structuring large-scale programs, building frameworks to manage complexity, and communicating strategy, risks, and trade-offs to senior and executive leadership. The ideal candidate brings a track record of delivering results at scale, building new capabilities from zero-to-one, and raising the bar on how programs are run.

This role can be located in the New York and Nashville corporate offices.

  • Track record of building programs or capabilities from scratch
  • Ability to see around corners and anticipate second-order effects of decisions
  • Comfort making high-judgment calls with incomplete information
  • Ability to influence without authority across organizational boundaries
