As a Functional Compliance IC, you serve as a domain expert establishing standards to ensure compliance across gUP. You navigate complex regulatory requirements, bridge business goals with compliance obligations, and build scalable frameworks for ambiguous compliance problems. In this role, you will translate complex legal, regulatory, and self-regulatory obligations into operational frameworks, proactively identifying gaps and resolving compliance barriers. You will own key compliance workstreams and manage multi-faceted projects with long-term objectives, competing priorities, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will partner effectively across teams to align business innovation and cost management goals with compliance needs, driving positive risk management outcomes. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $164000 - $239000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
